- Products on our website may vary, depending on availability.
- Due to the nature of our products, some color variations and product shifting may occur.
- Prices are in Philippine Peso (Php).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Same day deliveries only apply within Metro Manila. Delivery to nearby cities and provinces is subject for schedule and approval.
- Please note that we do not commit time of delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of the day.
- Delivery hours are from 8am to 7pm, Manila time. Outside of these hours, delivery time is subject for approval and additional delivery fee.
- Please provide accurate and complete delivery information (unit number, barangay, zip code). Contact number is also required, to ensure smooth communication during the delivery process.
- We usually deliver within 24 hours, upon confirmation of payment.
- Special deliveries with specific requests may be arranged, subject for approval and schedule. Kindly notify us via any of our contact details for further discussion.
- Cut-off time for same day delivery is 1:00 PM (Philippine Time), subject to availabilty of delivery slots.
- Orders will be processed once payment has been settled and confirmed.
- If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, our delivery person may leave the order with an authorized representative, or in a safe place for the customer to retrieve.
- Refusal of recipient, or representative thereof, to receive the order is still considered as “order completed”. Refunds will not be entertained.
- We strive to provide quality products in a timely manner. If you have any concerns regarding our products and/or processing, kindly inform us within 24 hours from time of delivery.
- For bank deposits, money transfers, and remittances, payments should be settled and confirmed at least 2 days prior to the delivery date.
- Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed.
- As soon as payment has been made, kindly send proof of payment (transaction receipt) to info@orells.com, and send us a message via SMS/Viber/WhatsApp/Telegram at +63 917 328 0526 or +63 917 328 6275.
International Shipping
We currently do not deliver outside of the Philippines. Kindly sign up for newsletter for updates regarding this.
Force Majeure
Every attempt is made to ensure timely delivery of our products. However, during peak holiday season, poor weather, and/or heavy traffic conditions, some delays and even cancellations may occur. Orells.com will not be held liable for delays and/or non-delivery due to natural disasters, acts of God, and/or reasons beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please note that payments already made will be refunded provided that it should be communicated to us before we deliver the products.
Senior Citizen/Person With Disability Discounts
Discounts for SC/PWD and VAT exemptions will not be applied without the submission of appropriate legal identification. Orders must also be under the name of the card holder to qualify for said government benefits. Discounts cannot be applied together with any other promotional discounts on the website, as mandated by DTI Legal Services. The discount which is higher and favorable to the client will be applied to the final bill.
